Privacy statement

This website is run by Mike Veeckmans, who works through Traveeka BV (Belgium). For questions about your data, contact ask@mikeveeckmans.be.

What data

When you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, (optionally) company name and your message.

Why

I only use this data to reply to your question and to follow up on a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent and, for quotes or collaboration requests, steps prior to entering into a contract.

Retention

Messages are kept no longer than needed to handle and follow up on your request, and at most two years after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Sharing

Your data is never sold or passed on for marketing. It is only processed by this website's hosting and email provider. Online appointments take you to traveeka.be, where the Traveeka BV privacy statement applies.

Cookies and spam protection

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are served locally. To protect the contact form against spam, I use Google reCAPTCHA. It only loads when you use the form and processes technical data (such as your IP address and browser details) under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing. Email ask@mikeveeckmans.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
